Resilience Finance: From Action Agenda to Investment Architecture

Having just returned from Brazil where we launched Ambition Loop Brazil under the leadership of Marcelo Behar, I worked with my Egyptian counterpart Dr Mahmoud Mohieldin to launch the Sharm El Sheikh Adaptation Agenda at COP27. It laid out 30 solutions and their deployment targets to accelerate climate resilience by 2030 across systems like food, water, nature, and infrastructure. It was a necessary step — an action architecture to rally commitment and coordination.
